How do I speed up the speed of the tables seating chart when displaying the seating chart screen? My chart currently scrolls very slow.

I am looking into getting a new laptop to run Tournament director software. Do you have minimum and preferred computer specs for computers to run the software with out issues? Any info would help me to decide what to buy, thanks
